How to change the difficulty on a Minecraft Bedrock server

Summary
Minecraft Bedrock offers four main difficulty modes: Peaceful, Easy, Normal, and Hard. There are no hostile mobs in Peaceful mode, making it a non-threatening environment. Easy mode introduces hostile mobs with reduced health and damage, making survival easier. Normal mode is the standard difficulty with regular mob strength and challenge. As the name suggests, Hard mode ramps up the difficulty significantly, with tougher mobs and increased survival challenges.
