And even if it takes a little longer sometimes, it never feels like they are just ignoring you (an experience which i have had with "Hetzner" for example). So far, i could always solve all the issues i have had, thanks to their support. Servers are running fine as well and in case you are in the need for more RAM, you can just request more and they will send you an invoice. There's also game switching for most plans, so if you are fed up with one game, you can just switch to another, without having to cancel your subscription. No complains. Recommended.
