Yes! All of our services run day and night, so you can play with friends whenever you like.
Do you provide DDOS Protection?
Yes! We offer our customers up to 1.3Tbi/s of DDoS protection at no additional cost.
Can I move my server to a different location after I purchase it?
Absolutely! Simply send us a
support ticket, and one of our staff members will gladly move it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including pre-paid gift cards. As well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, paysafecard, BTC, ETH, USDC, and DOGE.
How do I cancel my service?
We're passionate about providing the best service possible. If you're having any trouble, please
let us know, and we'll help you within just a few minutes. If you'd still like to cancel,
here are step-by-step instructions. We will be very sad to see you leave, but you are free to cancel your service anytime. There are no contracts or obligations.
How to do I upgrade/downgrade my service?
This can be done by following the steps
here. What happens if I do not pay on time?
Your server will be suspended two days after your due date, and your server will be terminated seven days after the due date. Please don't be worried, though. We generate our invoices two weeks before the due date, giving you plenty of time to pay for your server.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a straightforward refund policy. If you ask for a refund within three days of the purchase date, we will provide you with a full refund. If you ask for a refund after three days have passed, there will be no refunds given, full or partial. We do not provide refunds on dedicated servers due to the costs involved in setting them up.

Can I switch between modpacks on my Minecraft server whenever I want?
Yes! With us as your Minecraft server host, you can swap between modpacks with a few clicks.
Are the player slots unlimited/adjustable?
Our Premium and Budget Minecraft servers allow you to adjust how many player slots your server has directly from your control panel. If you need to add or remove player slots, you can do so at any time.
What is the difference between Premium and Budget Minecraft servers?
Our Premium Minecraft Server plans provide you with the simplest and the best hosting experience possible, with all features included. These features include automatic modpack installation, dedicated IP addresses, unlimited player slots, 7 days of data backups, and many more locations to choose from than our Budget Minecraft Server plans. Our Budget Minecraft Server plans allow you to choose what features you'd like to add to your service. There is no difference in performance or support between the two plans.
DO YOU ALLOW CUSTOM JARS/MODS TO BE UPLOADED?
Yes! You can upload custom files, configs, or mods to your server through our online file manager or an FTP client.
Is the latest version available on your servers?
Yes! As soon as new versions of Minecraft are released, you will be able to install them on your Minecraft server.

What are the specifications of BisectHosting server nodes?
We primarily use Intel Xeon Processors with clock speeds of 3.4Ghz (3.7Ghz turbo) or faster + DDR4 RAM on all our nodes. All our drives are NVMe or solid-state drives. Our staff monitor our nodes 24/7/365 to ensure that the CPUs are never overloaded and that all client servers have plenty of CPU power.
Does BisectHosting limit the CPU power available to game servers?
Nope! Your gaming servers can use as much or as little CPU as needed and access all cores. We monitor our nodes to ensure no CPU is overloaded and that no customer service is utilizing too much CPU with something like a crashing server.
Does BisectHosting lease or own its hardware?
We own most of our nodes, which allows us to maintain complete control over our infrastructure.
