I have had some issues with for one getting my mob pack installed on my previous server host. Their customer service was atrocious. While they did provide tutorials, I struggled to find the time to go through them all. Then frustrated with the lack of support loading my mod pack I turned to Bi-sect hosting. I first checked out their online 24/7 chat to ask if I should even bother with the service they provided. To my astonishment, they were very informative and helpful. I immediately tried out their service and they were able to instantly without hassle load my mod pack. I though, I was very new to all this, so I required further assistance. For instance, I needed my server reset more than once, and thankfully with their help was able to get everything working just fine. I would highly recommend Bi-sect Hosting for their awesome customer service, and the service they provide. I will plug their service in my videos if I can every chance I get. Perhaps one day they will sponsor my server.

The setup experience was very fluid and easy. As well, Starbase is very friendly and easy to get around, by far the best out of any other server hosting service I have used before. I have had some problems with the Miami server, as it has crashed 2-3 times since our purchase. But, the support tickets and customer service have been excellent, fast, and helpful. Thank!

Everything works as it should, I had a very big problem but the 24/7 support was there to help, and tried many different solutions. Sadly we couldn't fix the problem fully. But it was a problem on my friends side and the support never gave up. Honestly great experince. They were also very kind, wish their prices were a bit lower but they are pretty reasonable compared to other sides:)
