General Commands:

top -c - Shows running processs on your server and CPU usage. After using the command you can press the "1" key to show load on each core individually.
free -m - Shows RAM usage.
df -h - Shows disk space usage on all drives.
du -hs - Shows the size of the directory you are currently in.
