Summary
Starground servers can modify the configuration files to create a new world. This allows players to start fresh, wiping all progress and resetting all players. Players can also upload local saves to continue local progress. When creating a new world, players can also modify select generation settings to alter the world size, seed, water level, and more, allowing users to customize the world to their liking.
How to Create a New World on a Starground Server
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to Config Files > Server Config from the left sidebar.
4. Ensure that SavePath= is blank between the quotation marks to generate a new world.
5. Once finished editing, choose Save.
6. Go to the Files tab.
7. Delete or Rename the world.dat file.
8. Start the server.
