How to use chat commands for Nightingale

Summary
Nightingale has multiple chat commands that can be used to mute a player, enter parties, or list all players in a given area. By utilizing these commands, players can better group with others on their server, and manage what messages they see. While the chat commands don't offer any power typically given to admins, such as God Mode, they can help make Nightingale much more socially active and thriving.
