1. Join the server as an admin.
2. Press Esc.
3. Go to the Debug Menu.

6. Check Override Quality to choose the item quality.
7. Use the search bar, scroll through the list, and click Grant Item.
8. Alter Dynamic Data and its tiers on the right-hand side.
