Summary
Insurgency: Sandstorm servers have many available gamemodes and maps to play in the form of Scenarios. By adding a map cycle, players can automatically cycle through different maps and modes on the server, creating more variety. The map cycle can be configured with any combination of scenarios and will take effect any time the server starts. However, the default map will stay the same.
How to Add a Map Cycle to an Insurgency: Sandstorm Server
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Files tab.
4. Find the following directory: /home/container/Insurgency/Saved/Config .
5. Go to Create > Create File from the top-right.
6. Paste any desired Scenario Names per line.
7. When finished editing, choose Create File.
8. Name the file mapcycle.txt and confirm.
9. Go to the Startup tab.
10. Toggle On the Map Cycle section, and enter mapcycle.txt into the field.
11. Start the server.
