How to Get the Ankh Shield in Terraria

What is the Ankh Shield in Terraria?

The Ankh Shield in Terraria is a Hardmode shield accessory that provides immunity to most debuffs. Equip it, and the following debuffs won’t trigger when your character gets hit by certain attacks:

• Bleeding
• Broken Armor
• Burning
• Chilled
• Confused
• Cursed
• Darkness
• Poisoned
• Silenced
• Slow
• Stoned (added in the Labor of Love update)
• Weak

Additionally, the Ankh Shield provides an additional 4 defense and grants immunity to knockback and fire blocks.

Ankh Shield Crafting Requirements

Attempting to craft the Ankh Shield in Terraria is similar to the path to make the Zenith, and that means a bit of a lengthy grind. Note that the Ankh Shield requires the Obsidian Shield and Ankh Charm as crafting ingredients, and they'll take some work to get together. Follow the steps below to craft the Ankh Shield in Terraria:

• Craft the Armor Bracing accessory by combining the Armor Polish and Vitamins items
• Craft the Medicated Bandage accessory by combining the Bezoar and Adhesive Bandage items
• Craft The Plan accessory by combining the Fast Clock and Trifold Map items
• Craft the Countercurse Mantra accessory by combining the Megaphone and Nazar items
• Craft the Reflective Shades accessory by combining the Blindfold and Pocket Mirror items
• Craft the Ankh Charm accessory by combining the Armor Bracing, Medicated Bandage, The Plan, Countercurse Mantra, and Reflective Shades items
• Craft the Obsidian Shield accessory by combining the Cobalt Shield and Obsidian Skull items
• Craft the Ankh Shield by combining the Ankh Charm and Obsidian Shield
