Are your servers on 24/7?
Absolutely! Our server nodes never sleep or take breaks.
Can I switch between modpacks whenever I want?
Yes, you can. If you want to have Spigot on your server today, a modpack tomorrow, you're free to do so. We even make switching between modpacks a breeze using our automated installer available on all of our Premium Minecraft server plans in the Multicraft panel with many popular modpacks available for you to choose.
Are the player slots unlimited/adustable?
On our Premium Minecraft servers, you can adjust the player slots as you wish to suit your server. Same can be done with our Budget Minecraft servers for a small one-time add-on fee.
Do you provide DDoS protection?
Yes, of course! If you find yourself under attack our staff will help you out right away.
What is the difference between Premium and Budget Minecraft servers?
Budget Minecraft servers are basic no-frills hosting, while our Premium Minecraft servers come with many other additional features at no extra cost such as free unlimited slots, free dedicated IP, 8 global server locations to choose from, free modpack installation and updates, free 7 days of daily backups, and a free sub-domain.
Am I able to install modpacks on your Budget Minecraft servers?
Yes, of course! You can install modpacks our Premium and Budget Minecraft servers. On our Premium Minecraft servers, you will have access to automatic modpack install tool, and our support staff will install any other modpack that isn't on our modpack list free of charge. On our Budget Minecraft servers, you can either install the modpack you want manually or pay a small fee for it to be installed for you. Purchase of a modpack installation service on our Budget Minecraft server will include 30 days of complimentary updates.
Do you take server backups?
Yes! As you probably already know, with Minecraft backups are a must! We take a backup of your entire server folder every single morning and keep 7 days worth of backup at all times. On our Premium Minecraft server access to these backups is included, while on our Budget Minecraft servers, you are free to backup your files manually or purchase access to our automated backups during the checkout.
Can I use custom mods or jars?
Yes, you can! After purchasing a server, let us know exactly what you are trying to do, and we will walk you through it.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my server later on without losing my data/IP/ect?
Upgrading or downgrading of your server plan can be done at any point during your billing cycle. Doing so will not affect your files, settings, or IP.
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy is straightforward. If you want to cancel your gaming server with us for any reason at all, you are free to ask for a refund within 3 days of the original purchase date. After 3 days of the original purchase date, there are no refunds, full or partial. On dedicated servers, there are no refunds due to the costs of setting them up.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards, PayPal, and Paysafecard. You may also use debit cards with credit card logos on them, and credit card gift cards.
Can I get a custom server IP (domain)?
For all of our Premium Minecraft servers, we provide free subdomains that can be pointed to your server's IP. You're also able to register and point a custom domain at your server's IP as well regardless of what server you have with us.
Can you help configure my plugins for me?
We will always help you by guiding and teaching you, but ultimately you are responsible for managing your plugins and server.
Do I need to portforward?
You will not have to portforward when hosting with us. The only thing you will need to do is enjoy your server.
Can I add my own map?
Yes, of course! If you have an existing map you want to use, it can easily be uploaded to your server with us. In fact, you can even upload all existing server files that you might have.
How long will it take for my ticket to get answered?
Our average response time is under 20 minutes; however, most of the time, your support tickets will be answered much quicker. We have support agents in different time zones around the globe, allowing someone to be available 24/7/365.
Where are the servers located?
We have several locations available around the globe for our services. They are Los Angeles, Dallas, Buffalo, Montreal, UK, France, Singapore, and Sydney.
Which control panel do you use?
We use a highly modified version of the Multicraft panel for our Minecraft servers.
What are your server specs?
We mostly utilize several different models of the Intel Xeon Processors with clock speeds of at least 3.4Ghz (3.7Ghz turbo) with DDR4 RAM and NVMe or solid-state drives on all of our nodes. We also monitor our nodes 24/7/365 to make sure that the CPU is never overloaded on any one node allowing all clients' servers have plenty of CPU power available to them.
How long does it take to receive my server?
Your server is set up automatically as soon as you pay for your order. However, in some cases like when you pay by eCheck, the setup time might be extended. If you have waited more than 10 minutes, please create a support ticket.
What happens if I do not pay on time?
Two days after your due date your server will be suspended, and seven days after the due date your server will be terminated. Don't be worried though, we generate our invoices two full weeks before the due date, giving you plenty of time to pay for your server.
Can I cancel my server any time?
We would be sorry to see you leave, but you are free to cancel any time you want. There are no contracts or obligations.
