About Account Credits
Account credits are applied to a BisectHosting Billing account when a refund cannot be processed using the original payment method, such as PaySafeCard. These credits function as currency and can be used for any new purchase or invoice with BisectHosting servers. For transactions exceeding the available credit balance, customers can combine the credits with another payment method, like a credit card or PayPal, to cover the remaining cost. Credits may also be issued to resolve billing discrepancies or to consolidate funds from separate accounts.
How to Use Account Credits
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Billing panel.
2. The Credit Balance is shown on the left.
3. Purchase a service or pay an invoice.
4. On the Checkout page, check the Apply Credit Balance option.
5. Choose a second payment method if the total exceeds the credits.
6. Hit Complete Order.
