Stardew Valley Flower Dance Guide: Location, Date, Times, Items, & More
Posted on by
Celebrate spring in Stardew Valley through the Flower Dance festival. Take part in this event, and dance the day away with your preferred partner. But when and where is this spring event? Also, how can you get a dance partner? We’ll answer these questions (and more) as you continue reading.
The Stardew Valley Flower Dance festival is an annual event that takes place in Spring 24. It starts from 9 AM and ends at 2 PM. Enter Cindersap Forest during this period to trigger the festival. Although players enter through this area, the actual event happens south of the Wizard’s Tower. During this time, homes and shops close for the day, restricting players from any additional socializing while the festival is active.
Players can request a dance with any available bachelor or bachelorette at the Stardew Valley Flower Festival. Note that the dialogue window that contains the request may not appear at first. Instead, continue talking to a preferred partner until the option appears.
However, a potential partner will most likely refuse the request if the player doesn’t have at least a 4-heart friendship level with them. If the villager agrees, the friendship level with that NPC increases by 1 heart or 250 points. Talk to Mayor Lewis upon selecting a partner to start the dance.
Players in a multiplayer setting may dance with each other at the Flower Dance festival. On the other hand, asking an ex-husband or ex-wife to dance always ends in an angry refusal. The game teleports players to their farms after the dance completes. However, the time instantly becomes 10 PM, reducing players’ options to complete additional tasks for the day.
Pierre, the owner of Pelican Town’s General Store, sets up a shop at the Flower Dance festival. Here, he sells items suitable for the spring event, such as flowers and nature-themed décor.
