Palworld Suzaku Capture Guide: Locations, Breeding Combinations, Stats, Skills, & More
Posted on by
Arguably, the strongest element in Palworld is Fire. This is because the element is strong against two other elements rather than just one. Luckily, Fire Pals aren't too hard to find, and if you're collecting Fire-type Pals, you'll want a Suzaku. This Pal works as a flying mount, and it will travel even faster if you have more Fire Pals in your party. Want to know how to get your own? Our Palworld Suzaku capture guide will show you where Suzaku fly, their breeding combinations, skills, and more.
If you're after the fiery Suzaku, you'll need to head to a similarly toasty environment: the Dessicated Dunes. The flying and flaming Pal can be found in a variety of spots around the desert, but you'll have an easier time finding them near the Dune Shelter fast travel point, around the coordinates 356, 346.
If you're not having much luck or you just want a big Suzuke, you can find a Field Alpha Boss variant at 404, 256. This large boss bird spawns at level 45, so be sure you and your team are appropriately leveled. Additionally, you'll need to ensure your armor allows you to walk around the hot desert. If you don't have armor to keep cool, traveling with an Ice Pal in your party can help as well.
While fighting is unavoidable in Palworld, some folks may not love the idea of traveling around and fighting/catching Pals to fill their collection. Luckily, Pal collectors can get plenty of Pals by simply collecting eggs that spawn all over the Palpagos Islands. One of these egg types is Huge Scorching Eggs. These eggs are more commonly found within the Dessicated Desert and Mount Obsidian, but they can have a fully-fledged (level 1) Suzaku pop out. Of course, they aren't the only Pal you could hatch. These are all the Pals that can hatch from a Huge Scorching Egg:
Naturally, as a Fire Pal, Suzaku will have a harder time staying in the fight if you bring along a Water Pal or three. Of course, any Ice or Grass Pals you bring won't do nearly as well.
Since it is a dedicated flyer, Suzaku will be incredibly hard to fight if you focus on trying to use melee weaponry. You'll want your best ranged weapons for fighting it. If you have a flying mount of your own, that can make it even easier to blast the Suzaku and skirt around its attacks.
As far as Suzaku's attacks are concerned, there isn't too much to worry about by the time you actually encounter a Suzaku. It doesn't have an exclusive skill to take you by surprise, and its move set consists exclusively of Fire or Neutral attacks. The number one rule in Palworld combat is to keep moving. The biggest mistake when fighting a Suzaku is to stay still when it unleashes Ignis Breath. This isn't the Pal's strongest attack due to base stats, but it can rack up plenty of damage if it's continuously hitting you.
