Palworld 1.0: Fastest Flying Mounts
Publicado em por
The Palpagos Islands of Palworld are enormous and filled with plenty to do. If you want to see it all, you'll need some mounts to reduce travel time. Of course, not all mounts are made the same. Some mounts are stuck on the ground, while some can soar through the skies. Here, we'll tell you which Pals are the fastest flying mounts and where you can find them so you won't have to fly on your own.
This Pal is a brand-new addition thanks to the release of Palworld 1.0, and it's a speedy flyer, too. However, like most of the Pals on this list, you will need to get to some late-game content before you can catch this Pal. This is the price we pay for the ultimate speed.
For Shaolong specifically, you won't be able to find it until you're inside the World Tree biome. Once you're inside, you can find a Shaolong traipsing across the sky in the southern regions near coordinates -593, 491. If you're looking to make this Pal your own, bring an Ice or Electric Pal to help with its dual Dragon and Water typing. Keep in mind it also has loads of high-damage moves. Luckily, you can unleash these moves yourself once you've grabbed it and are flying on its back!
Again, more of an endgame, Pal, Panthalus is an absolutely massive sky whale. You'll capture it on your way to opening the World Tree, and when you do, you'll have access to an incredibly speedy form of flight. And, a particularly unique form of flight. Most Pals have a base speed and a sprint speed.
Panthalus, however, always maintains a whopping 3000, whether sprinting or not. Additionally, while most Pals would drain stamina while sprinting, Panthalus never loses stamina. That means you can cruise at high speed without worrying about managing your mount's energy levels. Additionally, Panthlaus doesn't require a saddle in order for you to mount it. That's one less thing to craft!
Whether you catch the Dark and Dragon Eidrolon or the Fire and Dragon Eidrolon Ignis, their stats and flying behaviors are the same. The only differences, aside from their elements, are their Partner Skills and where to find them. If you're looking to increase the movement speed of other Dragon and Dark Pals in your party, get an Eidrolon. An Eidrolon Ignis, meanwhile, will boost the speed of Dragon and Fire Pals.
To find an Eidrolon, head to Sunreach. Here, you can find Eidrolon flying around the coordinates -489, -1522. The Ignis variant, on the other hand, is only available within the World Tree at coordinates -1633, 1590. Make sure you bring Pals that are the appropriate types to fight your preferred Eidrolon (Ice and Dragon for Eidrolon & Water and Ice for Eidrolon Ignis) to make catching it much easier.
Be aware that Xenolord is no joke. This Pal requires lots of fighting, and you'll need your best gear to, well, best it. If you do, however, you'll have a massively powerful Pal and an incredibly fast-flying one. You won't be able to find Xenolord wandering around. Instead, you'll need to use an item called a Xenolord Slab and summon it at a Summoning Altar.
Once it arrives, you need to fight this raid-level Pal to the death. You won't need a Pal Sphere, as defeating a Xenolord places an egg into your inventory, which will hatch into your very own Xenolord. Craft its saddle, strap it on the monster when it hatches, and take to the skies!
If you're a longtime Palworld player, you likely expected this Pal to be here. There's no doubt about it — Jetragon is one of the fastest Pals alive. While it still drains stamina, unlike the mighty Panthalus, this Pal has the fastest default Sprint Speed in the game. You can find it near coordinates -553, 1333. You'll want an Ice Pal to help you whittle it down.
Once you've bested it and added it to your team, you might notice that you can't craft its saddle. That's because you must instead craft Jetragon's Missile Launcher. This item functions as Jetragon's saddle, but it also gives you direct control over Jetragon's attacks. Keep the item in your inventory, and you can fly your Jetragon (and rain down destruction) whenever you like.
