Getting Clay in 7 Days to Die

Use a Shovel and start digging Clay Soil from the ground. The easiest Shovel to craft in 7 Days to Die is the Stone Shovel, and you can craft this tool using the following ingredients:

• 5x Small Stone
• 3x Plant Fibers
• 3x Wood

Maximize the efficiency in gathering Clay Soil by increasing the Shovel’s quality. Additionally, consider attaching these mods to your shovel to increase Clay Soil gathering efficiency further:

• Ergonomic Grip Mod: Decreases stamina usage by 10%
• Grave Digger Mod: 15% additional damage to dirt
