How to Pickpocket in Schedule 1
1. Press CTRL to crouch.
2. Sneak up behind an NPC. 
3. Press E to pickpocket
4. Press Space to stop the arrow within the green area under the item.
5. When successful, the item will move to the player's inventory.
6. When unsuccessful, the NPC will call the cops or fight back themselves.
