2024 is almost over, but Steam has one more sale in store! As usual, the Steam Winter Sale is nearly here to close out the year, and you'll soon have one more chance to snag some discounted games before and even into the new year. When is the Steam Winter Sale 2024

As announced on the official Steam YouTube channel, the Steam Winter Sale will take place start on December 19, 2024, and run until January 2, 2025. If you'd like to get more specific, the sales will all begin at 6pm UTC. As is typical with Steam sales, this one will run for two weeks. While Steam has regular sales throughout the year, its seasonal sales are the biggest and most exciting as they often feature the largest number of games with sizable price cuts. After the Winter sale ends, we won't see another large sale until March and the Steam Spring sale. So if you're looking for a gift or want to treat yourself this holiday season, keep an eye on Steam!

Games Included in the Steam Winter Sale

While we don't have a list of every game that will be featured in the sale, we do know of some heavy hitters that will be cheaper thanks to the Winter Sale YouTube video. Here are each of the game's featured in Steam's announcement:
