Palworld Eidrolon Guide: Locations, Breeding Combinations, Stats, & More
Posted on by
In Palworld, there are teeny, cute Pals and Pals that ooze cool. Eidrolon is one of the latter, thanks to its almost phoenix-like appearance and its utility as a super-speedy flying mount. If you want to add this unique bird to your Pal collection, we have all of the information you need. We can tell you where to find an Eidrolon in Palworld, its breeding combinations, stats, and more. Let's get started!
If you're looking for a wild Eidrolon, you want to make sure you and your party are somewhere near levels 68 - 70. The Field Alpha Boss Eidrolon, for example, spawns at level 69, so expect some heavy-hitting moves.
You'll find Eidrolon flying around the southern portions of the Sunreach islands. Head to the Waterlily Gorge fast travel point, or to the coordinates -490, -1523, and you'll be in the right place. Just remember to look a bit more up, as you might have an Eidrolon or two flying overhead.
If you want to hatch an Eidrolon of your own, you'll have a chance of getting one from a Large Dragon Egg. Of course, they're not the only Pal that might pop out of these eggs. These are the other Pals that could come out of Large Dragon Eggs that you find lying around:
A wild Eidrolon is one of the trickier Pals to fight. Not only due to its strong stats for Health, Attack, and Defense, but also because of how fast it is. You will have moments during an Eidrolon fight when it will hold still, and you can get some shots in. However, it can zip and zoom around you with a lot more agility than your average Pal.
An Eidrolon is at its most dangerous when it uses either one of its exclusive skills. Tail Slash, for example, is when the Eidrolon lunges toward you at high speeds to tear you apart with its tail. Meanwhile, its Blazing Beam move will unleash an enormous explosion. If you see a prolonged beam jetting out of its mouth, head far away from the endpoint of that beam, or you'll be in a world of pain.
Your standard long-range weaponry (and some excellent aim) can take an Eidrolon down without too much effort if you're using gear that's around the same level. However, as a dual Dragon and Dark type, you can do plenty of damage if you have an Ice Pal on your side.
When you do finally have an Eidrolon of your own, you can also craft a saddle and mount it. It's one of the fastest flying mounts in all of Palworld, so it's not a bad idea to have one even if you don't want to use it for battle.
