Minecraft Live Fall 2026 Date, Start Time, & Where to Watch

On Saturday, September 26 at 1PM ET, Minecraft Live Fall 2026 will be broadcast across Minecraft's official channels. This includes the Minecraft YouTube channel, Minecraft Twitch channel, and Minecraft.net. As is typically the case, a secondary stream will also likely take place, known as "The Deep Dig," which is typically a way for developers and guests to discuss new features and even play through some of the newly announced content. Normally, Minecraft Live events run about 20 to 30 minutes of news, followed by 20 to 30 more minutes of "The Deep Dig." Of course, there's often a pre-show of Minecraft community highlights before everything gets started as well. With all the excitement, you won't want to miss the show!

This pitted 40 different creators against one another in a massive three-and-a-half-hour livestream to see who could survive the longest. At the end of the stream, a small cinematic played. This showed the Illager High Council using mysterious rifts connected to a new dimension known as the Sift. Previously, we've seen this dimension in promotional material and reveals for Minecraft Dungeons II. But now it has fans wondering if the Sift might also come to Minecraft itself. If this is true, it would be Minecraft's first entirely new dimension since the End was added in 2011! We'll have to wait until Minecraft Live to learn more. However, a new dimension could mean new mobs, new blocks, new resources, and many more exciting additions! Of course, Minecraft Live will also include plenty of developer commentary. This could include info on the current state of the game as well as in-depth info on what is coming for both Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons II. With the cinematic connecting the Illager High Council to the Sift and Minecraft Dungeons II coming out on September 29, we can certainly expect more about the dungeon-crawling adventure.
