Biko first started behind the scenes as a routing agent, helping to direct support tickets, and also serving as a kind of mascot. Now, Biko has jumped off the page to become a more important pillar of our support experience! Biko is now a full in-panel assistant for every BisectHosting server owner, operating directly inside Starbase, our custom panel. There, they help as a direct extension of our support team, helping with more simple, immediate concerns like understanding server settings and panel features, choosing the correct installation and migration options, understanding how different server configurations work, connecting you with relevant knowledgebase resources, troubleshooting common issues, and plenty more, all with the necessary information right from Starbase. Biko is here to help with the small things, such as simple, common questions, but is far from a replacement for our human support team. Our team is still just as available 24/7/365 via our live chat or ticket services. Those services will not be changing at all. Instead, think of Biko as an additional knowledgeable guide that can make information easier to access and can help with the small things without requiring you to contact an agent directly.
