They also have no problems giving out free days for the delays that any problems can be caused as they understand being down for even a few hours can cause chaos

Everything works as it should, I had a very big problem but the 24/7 support was there to help, and tried many different solutions. Sadly we couldn't fix the problem fully. But it was a problem on my friends side and the support never gave up. Honestly great experince. They were also very kind, wish their prices were a bit lower but they are pretty reasonable compared to other sides:)
