Posted on by justin
Simply put, dinosaur growth in Path of Titans is like leveling up. But instead of seeing only numbers and stats increase, your dinosaur's physical features also improve, unlocking unique abilities to help you survive in this unforgiving prehistoric world. So, keep reading as we help your dinosaur grow as fast as possible in Path of Titans.

How Does Growth Work in Path of Titans?

Path of Titans Growth Guide Growth in Path of Titans is possible through quests and other objectives. Completing these tasks rewards your dinosaurs with set amounts of growth, and the duration of the growth varies depending on the quest. For example, completing relatively easy objectives, such as fetching items, reward 30 seconds of growth. On the other hand, more difficult quests can provide more growth. Note that completing quests is the standard way of growing in Path of Titans, particularly when playing in official single-player and multiplayer servers. However, some community servers may have other growth options as well. For instance, a dinosaur may grow by simply spending time playing in a particular Path of Titans server. Dinosaurs in Path of Titans generally have five growth stages, which are the following:
  • Hatchling: A baby dinosaur with significantly reduced size and stats. Typically, finishing the tutorial rewards the player with enough growth time to move to the next growth stage.
  • Juvenile: Young dinosaurs that can generally live autonomously but are still vulnerable to large threats. Nonetheless, juveniles can take on and complete regular personal quests.
  • Adolescent: A dinosaur in this growth stage generally has its second ability unlocked.
  • Sub-Adult: The last growth stage wherein a player needs to earn growth progress. At this stage, calls become adult calls.
  • Adult: In this growth stage, the growth bar on the HUD disappears. However, dying returns the dinosaur to its sub-adult stage.
Note: Dying reduces a percentage of currently-held Marks, along with some growth progress.

How to Grow Fast in Path of Titans?

One way to increase growth progress in Path of Titans quickly is to form a group and play with friends. This dinosaur-themed MMO encourages users to play with their online friends, allowing for faster quest progression and completion. Additionally, you can refer a friend to play the game, which rewards the referrer and the new player with a growth buff, temporarily increasing growth time acquisition. But you don't have to join up with others to reach the game's end-stages. Below are more tips and techniques for fast growth in Path of Titans!

Camp in the Whistling Columns at Gondwa

Path of Titans Whistling Columns The Whistling Columns is a region in Gondwa located in the southern part of the map. This area has an adamant supply of food and water for carnivores and herbivores. Additionally, the quests in the Whistling Columns are reasonably easy to complete, allowing your dinosaur to earn growth time fast. Tip: If you run out of quests, travel to the west of the Whistling Columns to reach the Dark Woods, which also have easy quests to take on and complete. Otherwise, rotate your location with quests that give you map destinations to go to.

Take Advantage of the Well-Rested Buff

Path of Titans Well-Rested Buff The Well-Rested Buff increases a dinosaur’s growth rate. However, you must log out while your dinosaur is in the home cave. Also, the buff will only appear after 1 hour of that dinosaur staying logged out. So, consider creating another dinosaur in the same account for the Well-Rested Buff trick to work. That way, switch to the other dinosaur after every hour to ensure the buff stays active. Then, log out of that dino and switch to the other character, allowing you to capitalize on the buff’s effects. Note: The Well-Rested Buff disappears when your dinosaur dies.

Bring Trophies to your Home Cave

Path of Tians Trophy After killing an adult dinosaur, you can interact with its corpse to pick up a trophy. Then, bring the trophy to the nearest home cave to receive a nice chunk of progression to the growth bar. If you have trouble killing an adult dinosaur, consider letting another user with an adult dinosaur defeat your enemy. Then, pick up the trophy and return it to your home cave to increase progression on your growth bar. Whether this comes from teamplay or sneaky scavenging, whoever brings the trophy home is really the victor, so make sure to secure any that you can!
