NPCs in Enshrouded help Flameborns in numerous ways. These helpful characters unlock crafting recipes, provide quests, and deliver bountiful rewards, and the Hunter is no exception. So, keep reading to learn the location of the Hunter in Enshrouded and grab the loot from her Vault.

Enshrouded Hunter NPC Location

As with other NPCs in Enshrouded, the Hunter, named Athalan Skree, is located in her Ancient Vault east of Braelyn Bridge. Although it’s possible to reach this location during the game’s earliest stages, it’s ideal for Flameborns to gain access to the Grappling Hook before venturing into this location. Doing so should make various areas within the Ancient Vault easily accessible.

Ancient Vault – Hunter Walkthrough

Thankfully, the Hunter Vault in Enshrouded isn’t as challenging as other NPC Vaults. Nonetheless, Flameborns should still be wary of some traps to reach the Hunter safely. Start by entering the Ancient Vault, and passing through the two rows of lightning traps. Next, go up the small flight of stairs to reach a gap. Aim your camera to the ceiling parallel to the pit to see a bar you can latch onto using the Grappling Hook. Do so to traverse to the other side. Then, climb either of the stairs to reach the second floor. Open the large door at the center of the room to enter the Hunter NPC's resting place. Walk next to the Hunter's pod and awaken her. Once completed, you can summon the Hunter at your base using the Summoning Staff.

Hunter Vault Puzzle Solution

If you took a detour by going left after climbing the first flight of stairs in the Hunter Vault in Enshrouded, you can see the locked door. Find the three symbols in the Ancient Vault to open the door. The first symbol is on a pillar on the opposite side of the locked door. Equip your bow and shoot an arrow at it to activate it. Next, walk toward the first symbol to reach another door. Enter the small room and look to the wall on the right to see the second symbol. The last symbol requires some tricky Grappling Hook usage. First, go to the top of the first flight of stairs and look directly behind. The third symbol is on a ledge at the top of the Vault's main entryway. A bar for the Grappling Hook is also on the ceiling, but it's pretty high. So, climb onto the brazier on the right side of the stairs. Do a running jump and activate your glider. Quickly use the interact button with the bar on the ceiling when the prompt appears to latch onto it. Then, hold left while swinging to grab onto a climbable surface on the wall. If successful, climb to the right and onto the ledge. Activate the third and last symbol from here. Jump back down, but remember to be wary of fall damage and the lightning traps. Return to the locked room and claim the prize from within. Note that the contents of the chest inside the locked room are random. Some players may receive weapons while others get spell charges. Nonetheless, use whatever you find in the container to help cleanse Embervale of the Shroud.
