In fact, the Early Access version of the game is already filled with achievements for you to acquire. Enshrouded Achievements Guide: All Achievements & How to Get Them

Within Enshrouded, there are 52 total achievements you can unlock. They range from reaching certain milestones and hitting certain levels with your character to thoroughly exploring portions of the map and defeating bosses. Be aware that while this list of achievements doesn't feature any story or lore spoilers, it can ruin the hunt if you're someone who wants to try getting achievements without knowing precisely what you need to do. Additionally, it hasn't been confirmed at this point in time if Enshrouded 1.0 will feature new achievements.
