I am only subscribing to companies which have a proper customer support, since i am really not in the mood to wait hours or even days for an answer to a support ticket. Bisect never takes more than a couple of minutes to answer a ticket. And even if it takes a little longer sometimes, it never feels like they are just ignoring you (an experience which i have had with "Hetzner" for example). So far, i could always solve all the issues i have had, thanks to their support. Servers are running fine as well and in case you are in the need for more RAM, you can just request more and they will send you an invoice. There's also game switching for most plans, so if you are fed up with one game, you can just switch to another, without having to cancel your subscription. No complains. Recommended.

I have had some issues with for one getting my mob pack installed on my previous server host. Their customer service was atrocious. While they did provide tutorials, I struggled to find the time to go through them all. Then frustrated with the lack of support loading my mod pack I turned to Bi-sect hosting. I first checked out their online 24/7 chat to ask if I should even bother with the service they provided. To my astonishment, they were very informative and helpful. I immediately tried out their service and they were able to instantly without hassle load my mod pack. I though, I was very new to all this, so I required further assistance. For instance, I needed my server reset more than once, and thankfully with their help was able to get everything working just fine. I would highly recommend Bi-sect Hosting for their awesome customer service, and the service they provide. I will plug their service in my videos if I can every chance I get. Perhaps one day they will sponsor my server.
