Where to Find the Carpenter in Enshrouded

As with most main survivors of Enshrouded, the Carpenter is located in the Ancient Vault – Carpenter at the Low Meadows, east of the starting Springlands region. Reaching this area requires a Flame Altar upgraded to Level 2 to survive the Shroud in and around the vault. For a practical route, travel east from the starting region. Then, glide across the landscape to reduce your time in the Shroud while reaching the Ancient Vault – Carpenter. Use the Springlands Ancient Spire as a navigation reference before continuing toward the Carpenter’s marked location.

Ancient Vault – Carpenter Walkthrough

Before entering, check your Shroud timer, equip your best armor and weapons, and prepare healing items. The route inside the vault includes winding passages, hostile creatures, and narrow spaces. Continue deeper and defeat enemies along the way. Watch for nests that spawn smaller creatures, and destroy them when possible to prevent repeated attacks and unnecessary resource waste. You’ll eventually encounter a weakened stone wall near an hourglass capsule. Use a pickaxe or explosive to break through, reveal the passage beyond, and defeat the remaining specter. Finally, awaken the Carpenter in the sleeping pod and recruit him for your base.
