I had a good customer service experience. I wanted to change the modpack for my server and could not get it done. Thankfully, the company had a service just for this situation. I was able to buy a 1-time modpack service where they would change it for me. They will do this for the month. The price was good enough that I might just use the service again when I want to try out a new modpack. The customer service representative was nice, helpful, and fast! He was able to keep me informed about the changes as well as the things that I would help me out. He was so fast that I decided to write this review. I am very happy with thier service.

If anything happens to go on with the server you've rented being down or inaccessible or anything needed to be addressed on billing side the Billing and System Admin Team at BisectHosting definitely get on it quick. They also have no problems giving out free days for the delays that any problems can be caused as they understand being down for even a few hours can cause chaos
