Publicado em por
Walleye is an uncommon fish in Stardew Valley and one of the requirements for achieving 100% perfection. Although it's not an essential ingredient for crafting recipes, this fish still has some uses, such as dye or a spool. So, if you’re searching for a way to catch this elusive fish, keep reading this guide!

You can catch Walleye in five different locations in Stardew Valley: the River, Mountain Lake, Forest Pond, and Forest Farm Pond, but there are more specific conditions you'll need to meet to encounter them.
Walleye are only available from 12 PM to 2 AM in the fall when it is raining or in Winter if a Rain Totem is active. The only other workaround requires using Magic Bait, which circumvents seasonal and weather requirements.
Despite Walleye not being a rare fish in Stardew Valley, it still requires difficult conditions to catch. Some players may want to ask other players to join their Stardew Valley servers, especially those who already have some Walleye in stock. Doing so can help eliminate the additional grind for 100% perfection.

For starters, Walleye is a heavily disliked item by many Pelican Town villagers. Some NPCs, namely Evelyn, Haley, and Pierre, even hate receiving it. However, gifting it to Demetrius, Elliott, Leo, Linus, Pam, Sebastian, and Willy will yield neutral reactions.
Consuming a raw Walleye restores 30 to 78 Energy and 13 to 35 Health, depending on its quality. Selling it yields 105 to 315 gold pieces, depending on its quality and the player’s chosen profession.
On the other hand, the Walleye is still a useful a consumable item that helps remove the Glittering Boulder in the mountains and allows access to the Panning mechanic in Stardew Valley. Do so by donating 1x Walleye, 1x Bream, and 1x Eel at the Community Center’s Fish Tank, particularly in the Night Fishing Bundle. You’ll receive a Glow Ring for your troubles. Completing the other bundles in the Fish Tank will remove the Glittering Boulder.
Walleye can also be a cooking ingredient in three recipes, which are the following:
