I was able to download my old server files from nearly 11 months ago without any hassle! Did not even need to buy a new server, just pay a one-time fee to get the files back. Excellent service! The email about file recovery should definitely be updated to reflect that you can do a one-time recovery though.

I bought a server from BisectHosting a couple of days ago and they have been absolutely fantastic in helping me set it up and fix any issues i've had with the server (that i caused after messing with the files). they reply to support tickets within minutes and there's always someone ready to help. ontop of all of this they're actually fairly cheap compared to many hosts out there.

I had a good customer service experience. I wanted to change the modpack for my server and could not get it done. Thankfully, the company had a service just for this situation. I was able to buy a 1-time modpack service where they would change it for me. They will do this for the month. The price was good enough that I might just use the service again when I want to try out a new modpack. The customer service representative was nice, helpful, and fast! He was able to keep me informed about the changes as well as the things that I would help me out. He was so fast that I decided to write this review. I am very happy with thier service.
