Satisfactory 1.0 Power Slugs Guide: Types, Total Count, & Where to Find Them
Veröffentlicht am von
Power Slugs are located all around the map in Satisfactory, and they can be essential as reliable and portable energy sources. Here we'll cover all the different types of Power Slugs, how many of each exist in the game, and the types of locations you can find them in.
Three types of Power Slugs exist in Satisfactory 1.0: Blue, Yellow, and Purple. Note that these collectibles generally have the same functions despite their differences in appearance. In particular, Pioneers can use a Power Slug at the Constructor or Craft Bench to craft a Power Shard.
The difference between each type of Power Slug is the amount of Power Shard produced when crafted. Blue Power Slugs produce 1x Power Shard, Yellow Power Slugs yield 2x Power Shard, and Purple Power Slugs generate 5x Power Shard.
As of Satisfactory 1.0, there are a total of 596 Blue Power Slugs in the game, and they can generally be found in high areas and often in plain sight. So, search for these beings on trees, hills, and small stone spires. If you're lucky, Blue Power Slugs can also appear out of boulders after being detonated with a Nobelisk.
As of Satisfactory 1.0, there are a total of 389 Yellow Power Slugs in the game. Pioneers can usually find them resting in hazardous areas. Search in around trees, on or near cliff faces, and even Gas Pillars. Sometimes, strong creatures also guard these Power Slugs, making them harder to acquire, so you'll want to be ready for a fight if you're exploring for them!
As of Satisfactory 1.0, there are a total of 257 Purple Power Slugs in the game, which are typically in hard-to-notice or hard-to-reach areas. These locations include mountaintops, ravines, cave walls, and cliff faces. Pioneers may need to build structures to reach these slugs (easiest via dimensional storage) or travel via Jetpack or Parachutes to get to these more difficult areas.
Tip: You can place Radar Towers to indicate the locations of nearby Power Slugs on the map and hunt them down.
