"Best server hosting I have experienced."
I have had some issues with for one getting my mob pack installed on my previous server host. Their customer service was atrocious. While they did provide tutorials, I struggled to find the time to go through them all. Then frustrated with the lack of support loading my mod pack I turned to Bi-sect hosting. I first checked out their online 24/7 chat to ask if I should even bother with the service they provided. To my astonishment, they were very informative and helpful. I immediately tried out their service and they were able to instantly without hassle load my mod pack. I though, I was very new to all this, so I required further assistance. For instance, I needed my server reset more than once, and thankfully with their help was able to get everything working just fine. I would highly recommend Bi-sect Hosting for their awesome customer service, and the service they provide. I will plug their service in my videos if I can every chance I get. Perhaps one day they will sponsor my server.

Absolutely amazing service! When I was using their services, I had two issues, One with the server opened a ticket, they respond fast and quick, and solved it fast, The second issue I had was I thought I canceled the service before the due date, and didn't I made a ticket and they refunded me, Absolutely 10/10 Service 100% recommend. I WILL use them again when I'm able to thank you guys so very much!
