Hytale Runes Overview

Crafted on a goblin tinkerer’s workbench, Hytale runes can be used within the forgotten temple at the runebinder’s lattice. Should that location sound unfamiliar, it is the very same place the memories system is interacted with by traveling through a forgotten temple gateway. The lattice is to the right just before the memories shrine and can be seen on the map as well. Once the runebinder’s lattice has been located, two ability runes can be inserted and used at a time. Additionally, the selected ability runes can each be modified by two modifier runes. This leaves the total number of runes that can be active at any given time as two ability runes and four modifier runes.

Ability hits apply Rend, wounding enemies for 6 seconds. Wounded enemies take 2 physical damage per second and have 15% less physical resistance.

Splinter Support Rune

The ability's projectiles split on their first hit. Split projectiles become smaller and deal less damage with each split or ricochet. Charged Shot requires full charge
