Minecraft Bedrock Edition

All versions of Minecraft Bedrock Edition support cross platform play. On PC, this would be the version specifically listed as Bedrock Edition rather than Java Edition. For consoles and mobile, Bedrock Edition will likely just be listed as “Minecraft,” but purchasers can rest easy knowing this is the correct version for cross platform play. It is important to note that consoles may require a membership purchase to access online features, including for Minecraft.

Minecraft Java Edition

By default, Minecraft Java Edition players can not play with those on Minecraft Bedrock Edition, which includes all mobile and console players.
