How to Get Beakers in 7 Days To Die & Best Locations

Note that searching for a Beaker in 7 Days to Die is the only way to directly farm it. It’s a non-craftable item that might require some searching before finding one. Garages, medicine cabinets, and supply crates may sometimes spawn Beakers. Don’t forget to search in Pop-N-Pills stores in 7 Days to Die, as they can often have a Beaker for the taking. Additionally, some nurse zombies may carry Beakers with them. Some small settlements, especially those with medical supply rooms, are also good spots to find a Beaker or two.

Using Beakers in 7 Days to Die

Survivors generally use the Beaker as an ingredient for the Chemistry Station and an implement to make Antibiotics. You must first read the Forge Ahead crafting magazine for the Chemistry Station. Then, use the 1x Beaker and the following materials at the Workbench to make this crafting station:

• 100x Forged Iron
• 3x Cooking Pot
• 30x Short Iron Pipe
• 5x Bottle of Acid

As an implement for Antibiotics, use the Beaker with 4x Old Sham Sandwich, 3x Nitrate Powder, and 1x Clean Water at the Campfire. Note that you must read the Medical Journal crafting magazine to unlock this recipe. The Beaker can also be an implement to make Grain Alcohol and Bio Fuel at the Campfire. The former requires 3x Corn Meal while the latter needs 1x Animal Fat. Using a Beaker to make a Gas Can in 7 Days to Die was also possible. However, the release of Alpha 7.6 removed this recipe.
