Apart from being a random loot, craft the Wormhole Potion in Terraria using 3x Bottled Water, 1x Specular Fish, and 1x Blinkroot near a Placed Bottle or Alchemy Table. Note that unlocking the ability to craft the Alchemy Table will only be possible after defeating Skeletron, as this workstation randomly spawns in the dungeon. As for its ingredients, craft a Bottled Water by using an empty bottle next to a sink or body of water. The Specular Fish can be fished from any body of water in the Forest, Jungle, or Snow biomes, but only in their Cavern, Underground, and Underworld layers.
