Terraria Band of Starpower Guide: How to Get, Stats, & More
Opublikowano przez
Introduced during the game's release, the Band of Starpower in Terraria is an accessory with a straightforward effect: increasing the wearer’s maximum mana. Despite this simplicity, this item can be used as an ingredient to craft late-game accessories. So, keep reading this guide to learn how to get the Band of Starpower and its different uses.
Generally, the Band of Starpower is one of the drops from Shadow Orbs in The Corruption. Destroying these ominous orbs will not only fulfill the criteria for summoning the Eater of Worlds boss. But doing so may also allow the player to loot this helpful accessory.
Alternatively, fishing Corrupt and Defiled Crates from The Corruption also gives players a chance to acquire the Band of Starpower. Another way to obtain this accessory is to craft it. However, the crafting conditions are fairly challenging.
First, it’s important to mention that the Band of Starpower can only be crafted at the Tinkerer’s Workshop surrounded by an Ecto Mist. This creepy phenomenon occurs only in the graveyard mini-biome. Players can create this instance by placing seven or more tombstones in a relatively compact area. You’ll know if the small cemetery produces Ecto Mist if gray, silvery fog-like wisps appear in the mini-biome. These artifacts become clearer when more tombstones are placed.
Tip: Enter another Terraria server with an existing Ecto Mist setup to help reduce the tombstone-farming grind.
Next, place a Tinkerer’s Workshop in the graveyard mini-biome with the Ecto Mist. Note that this workstation is only available for purchase from the Goblin Tinkerer NPC for 10x Gold Coin.
Then, open your inventory while near the Tinkerer’s Workshop, and use 1x Panic Necklace and 1x Mana Crystal to craft the Band of Starpower. Combine 5x Fallen Stars to make the Mana Crystal, while the Panic Necklace is a random drop from destroying a Crimson Heart in The Crimson biome, or fishing Crimson and Hematic Crates from the same region.
Aside from increasing the user’s maximum mana by 40 points, the Band of Starpower is an ingredient to craft other accessories in Terraria. The pieces of equipment in question are the following:
