The Ankh Shield in Terraria is a Hardmode shield accessory that provides immunity to most debuffs. Equip it, and the following debuffs won’t trigger when your character gets hit by certain attacks:

• Chilled
• Confused
• Cursed
• Darkness
• Poisoned
• Silenced
• Slow
• Stoned (added in the Labor of Love update)

Additionally, the Ankh Shield provides an additional 4 defense and grants immunity to knockback and fire blocks.
