In the magical realm of Embervale, there's no shortage of giant beasties. Each one would love to use your bones for toothpicks, so you'll need some armor to keep you safe. Luckily, there are some powerful chest pieces you can craft in Enshrouded with the help of Giant Critter Scales. How to Get Giant Critter Scales in Enshrouded

If you're after Giant Critter Scales in Enshrouded, you'll need to head to Revelwood, the Nomad Highlands, or Kindlewastes. There, you can find Fell Critter Queens that wander caves and guard Elixir Wells or Shroud Roots. Of course, you can also find and use summoning spots for these nasty mini bosses. They might not be full boss encounters, but they can certainly pack a punch. To spawn one, you need to find a gooey spot like the one pictured above. You'll also want to make sure you're holding a Shroud Core in your inventory. You can make this by giving 10 Shroud Spores and 10 Shroud Liquids to the Alchemist NPC once you've rescued them from the Ancient Vault in the Springlands. With a Shroud Core in your pockets, simply interact with the goopy summoning spot, and you'll have a Fell Critter Queen on your hands. They'll hit hard if they get close, but they're not too tricky. If you have a healthy supply of arrows, you can easily kite the beast and pick away at its health from afar. Once defeated, it drops a pile of Giant Critter Scales useful for several important crafting recipes.
