Hardwood is one of the main ingredients of many crafting recipes in Windrose, especially for various mid-tier weapons. Still, some players are wondering where to get it. This guide teaches players where to find Hardwood and the many recipes that use it as a crafting material.

Where to Get Hardwood in Windrose

Defeating Thomas Richards, the main boss of the Coastal Jungle biome, allows players to proceed to the next biome (even teammates who don't participate in the fight, if on a Windrose dedicated server). Called the Foothills, this region is a prime location to farm many resources, certainly including Hardwood. In particular, search for and cut down Divi-Divi trees to farm this material. To be able to cut down Divi-Divi trees, players will need a Copper Axe or a higher-tier variant of the tool. Those who still don’t have this tool at this point in the game can craft it using 5x Copper Ingot and 5x Wood at the Workbench.
