Once built, interact with the Shipwright’s Workshop and use 7x Copper Ingot, 7x Rough Hide, and 7x Coarse Fabric to craft the Boarding Party Gear.
Upgrading the Boarding Party Gear is possible through the Shipwright’s Workshop. Interact with this workstation and access its Upgrade tab while the Boarding Party Gear is in your inventory to increase its potential.
