Palworld Jormuntide Capture Guide: Locations, Breeding Combinations, Stats, Skills, & More
发布于 ,作者
In the wide-open adventure of Palworld, there's no shortage of flying Pals to use as mounts. While flying is great, it's easy to forget that some Pals can help you traverse the ocean, too. One of the best Pals for enjoying a nice, smooth ride on the waves is the fearsome Jormuntide. Of course, its prowess in battle can be a nice bonus too. If you want to add this sea serpent to your team, we've got the information you need on its location, stats, breeding combinations, skills, and more. Let's get swimming!
Unlike most Palworld critters, you won't find Jormuntide wandering the world and waiting to be captured. Instead, there's only one place and one way to catch a wild Jormuntide. You'll have to head to the coordinates 350, 86, and duke it out with the Jormuntide Field Alpha Boss. Keep in mind that this scary fish spawns at level 55, so you and your team should be at an appropriately matched level. If you don't manage to catch it, don't worry. Field Alpha Bosses do eventually respawn.
Of course, you can find a Jormuntide in the Palworld wilds if you don't mind harvesting some eggs. Jormuntide can hatch from Huge Dragon Eggs that are found all over the Palpagos Islands. The tricky part is that you're not guaranteed to get a Jormuntide when collecting these wild eggs. Here are all of the Pals that could pop out of a Huge Dragon Egg:
If you decide to take on the Jormuntide Field Alpha Boss, you're in for a challenge. This Pal is powerful at all ranges. It has plenty of long-distance attacks to hurl your way, but it will also use its exclusive skill to rush and try to take a bite out of you. Just remember to follow the Palworld combat rule of thumb while fighting Jormuntide or any Pal: dodge, weave, and shoot when you can.
As a Dragon and Water element Pal, you can do plenty of damage to Jormuntide with either Ice or Electric Pals. Naturally, however, you won't want to use any Fire or Dark Pals. However, you might not want to bring any Water Pals of your own, either. Jormuntide has the unique ability to learn a move that isn't the same as its elements.
The move Tri-Lightning, learned by Jormuntides when they reach level 30, is an Electric-type move. If you're not ready for it and you're using a Water Pal, it can deal massive amounts of damage. But this is just another ace up your sleeve if you manage to add a Jormuntide of your own to your party!
