Minecraft Bundles of Bravery introduces the long-awaited bundle item alongside hardcore mode for Bedrock Edition. While that may not seem like a lot, Mojang shared that rather than one big update a year, they would be releasing multiple “drops,” so this is the first of many smaller-scale updates to come.

Bundles

Bundles are a simple yet ingenious item designed to clear up inventory space on long expeditions. Up to 64 different items can be placed within a bundle, allowing smaller stacks of items to all share the same inventory slot rather than taking up multiple. Items that stack up to 16 each take up four spaces within a bundle, while items that don’t stack take up all 64.

Hardcore Mode

Minecraft’s hardcore mode has been a staple feature of Java Edition for years, and now Bedrock Edition players will be able to experience the pain of witnessing hours of progress disappear. The game mode’s difficulty is technically the same as hard but with the key difference of having only a single life. One death and the journey ends there. That may seem daunting, but the thrill and fear make for an unforgettable experience, often reminiscence of early Minecraft adventures.
