The BisectHosting games control panel will soon receive its biggest UI update yet! It aims to improve visuals and offer a layout fully optimized for user experience.
With that, let’s explore some of the improvements that are now live in our panel.
For starters, the new-look control panel offers easy-to-navigate tabs for important areas like the Console, Backups (sorted by date), Schedules, Users, and the Admin area. It also keeps all relevant Files for a server in one easily accessible area sorted by date and time to keep things simple and straightforward, making sure you’re only ever one click away from the most important information around your server.
At BisectHosting we feel it’s important to bridge the complexities of video game server hosting for new users. In this way, we always want to improve in making our services more accessible. One great way to do this was to approach our panel UI in a new way.
With our new Help tab placed on the bottom right of the panel, you’re only ever one click away from a massive knowledgebase of support articles that can be sorted with ease by our new search bar. Rather than going through menu after menu, simply typing your question in or relevant keywords will get you relevant assistance. This includes resources to help with technical and game-specific questions. And if you continue to have issues, our customer support staff is always ready with solutions!
While this makes up the nuts and bolts of our control panel update, perhaps the most exciting part of the update visually is our live trackers for CPU Load, Memory Usage, Network Status, and Disk Usage. These data points are now dynamically tracked in a bold new way right on the side of the panel! This cuts down on the need to dive in for important info related to your server. It also offers an enchanting array of scrolling data to get lost in.
