Although the new system may feel a bit different from the chat widget you’re used to, our response time goals remain the same. You’ll continue to receive the fast, 24/7 support that you’ve come to expect from us.

If you’re seeking technical support, please log in to your account before creating a ticket. This allows us to verify your account ownership and access your server details so that we can assist you faster. If you’re unable to log in for any reason, don’t worry. In the coming weeks, we’ll also be introducing a dedicated support widget for login issues and sales questions, designed for users who don’t have or can’t access their accounts.
