As the largest gaming event of the year, Gamescom 2024 in Cologne, Germany, was nothing short of spectacular. This year's event drew an enormous crowd of 335,000 visitors from around 120 countries, and thousands made their way to the BisectHosting booth during the event! For us, this was an exciting moment to connect with gamers from around the world, showcase what we offer, and give away some awesome prizes along the way.

Reaching A Global Community

One of the highlights of Gamescom 2024 for BisectHosting was our world map, where over 400 guests proudly placed pins to show us where they hail from. This community stretched across six continents - Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, and South America! This global crowd reinforces why it's so important that we offer 20 international hosting locations to ensure our players worldwide can enjoy a high-quality connection with their peers. During the event, we gave away over $500 in Steam gift cards to guests, and our grand prize was an RTX 4080, which was given to one lucky winner on Sunday. Overall, the event was a fantastic way to reach our audience and meet some of the many faces that support us worldwide. With all of the visits, we also received some awesome feedback while meeting customers that will help us improve our services moving forward. These conversations are invaluable to us as we strive to continue evolving and offering the best server hosting services around. Between the busy event days, we also had the opportunity to explore the vibrant city of Cologne with one of our creator partners, Kaupenjoe, and enjoy the massive Gamescom City Festival, which brought roughly 80,000 people together in downtown Cologne to celebrate all things gaming.

Looking Ahead to Next Year

As Gamescom 2024 comes to a close, we're already looking forward to the exciting possibilities of next year.
