10: BetterMap
Exploring for new loot and resources in Hytale is key, but it is made difficult to do by a map that does not record where you have been. Thankfully, with BetterMap by Paralaze, this problem is resolved with a persistent map that never forgets, alongside permanent waypoints to help find your way back.
Server owners can also enable optional features, such as a shared global map, allowing players to know exactly where they need to go for structures that haven’t been looted yet.

This nifty mod adds a middle ground between losing items on death and “Keep Inventory” by making it so all lost items are instead placed within a gravestone that players can then retrieve by heading back to where they died. No more accidental despawns or items tumbling into the cavernous abyss below.
Note: Servers may encounter a bug where the gravestone can’t be interacted with. In these instances, a pickaxe can be used to break it instead.

Hytale weapons can have everything from custom ultimates to unique attributes with each slash. However, with Hytale being early in development, it wasn’t something we had truly seen until WanMine put the weapons systems to the test. Wan’s Wonder Weapons adds a collection of Epic-tier items that can be crafted using only the rarest resources found throughout the world. Once made, each showcases how unique a Hytale weapon can be, with some ultimates raising the dead and others having enough knockback to send enemies to the moon.
1: Endgame & QoL - Boss & Elite Update
Finally, we have Endgame & QoL by Lewaii. This amazing mod focuses on finishing incomplete endgame content and adding it to the game. Things like the Frost Dragon boss mob, the glider, and even Onyxium Ore. On top of that, Lewaii has created endgame content of their very own and added it as well, like the Alpha T-Rex boss and void glider. There is no way to know if they will be anything close to the
official updates when they eventually release. But by then, those portions of Endgame & QoL will have served their purpose by providing us with hours of entertainment while we waited. For an early peek at Hytale’s endgame, we can’t recommend Endgame & QoL enough.
