7 Days to Die: How to Get Mechanical Parts Without a Wrench
发布于 ,作者
There's more than one way to survive a zombie apocalypse. In 7 Days to Die, mechanical parts are just one of the many resources you'll regularly be in need of. Typically, you can gather this stuff in large quantities with a wrench. But what if you don't have a wrench on hand? We can tell you what to do to get all the mechanical parts you need, even without a wrench, right here.
Now, in the zombie-infested world of 7 Days to Die, you can get pretty far simply by killing the undead and finding food. However, the zombies do grow stronger over time. If you want to withstand the largest hordes, you need the right gear. Eventually, the right gear requires plenty of crafting and loads of mechanical parts.
If you're just starting a new file in 7 Days to Die, mechanical parts aren't necessary right away. But you will need them eventually! You'll likely need them before you find a Wrench. Thankfully, you don't need a Wrench first to find mechanical parts scattered around the world. What you want to find are crates. These can be Pass-N-Gas crates, Working Stiffs crates, or almost any box you can smash to pieces. The two we've just named are the most reliable sources of mechanical parts.
They're also the easiest boxes to find, as Pass-N-Gas and Working Stiffs crates are always found at gas stations or hardware stores, respectively. Of course, the location for these types of buildings is randomly generated, so you'll have to do your best to explore the world that you spawn into. However, nearly any non-residential building has a chance of containing these crates. You should do your best to check storage areas attached to buildings. This is where crates are more likely to spawn.
Of course, these crates won't always hold huge amounts of mechanical parts, so you'll need to smash plenty of boxes to get the loads of mechanical parts you surely need for crafting. Do your best to also loot Tool Chests, garbage piles, and vehicles as you explore. These won't have heaps of mechanical parts either, but every little bit helps until you find a Wrench to speed things up.

How to Get a Wrench
While you can gather necessary mechanical parts without a wrench early on in 7 Days to Die, you'll eventually want one to scale up your capabilities. To get your first wrench, you can loot residential sinks, buy one from a trader if you see it listed, or, if all else fails, spec into Salvage Operations in the Perception skill tree and craft one yourself after finding a Scrapping 4 Fun magazine. One Scrapping 4 Fun magazine allows you to craft the level 1 wrench, giving you the tool you need to scale up!您对这篇博客有何评价?
