When you rent a Dune: Awakening private server from BisectHosting, you get your own server containing a persistent Hagga Basin. Your server belongs to a larger World with other private servers that share Social Hubs and the Deep Desert, allowing you to enjoy your own Hagga Basin while still taking part in Dune: Awakening's large-scale multiplayer content.

WHICH WORLD SETTINGS ARE CUSTOMIZABLE?

For Dune: Awakening, server owners have tons of world settings they can control and adjust. This includes the maximum player count, maximum number of land claims, mining output, vehicle damage, sandstorms, item deterioration, and even the ability to enable/disable sandworms.

DOES BISECTHOSTING TAKE BACKUPS OF MY DUNE SERVER?

No, per restrictions with clustering, we do not take and cannot restore backups of Dune: Awakening servers.

WILL MY DUNE: AWAKENING DEDICATED SERVER RUN 24/7?

Yes! As soon as your payment is processed, you’ll have total 24/7 control over your Dune: Awakening dedicated server!

DOES DUNE: AWAKENING SUPPORT MODS OR RCON?

No, due to the game's architecture and current mod support, mods and RCON are not currently available.

CAN YOU SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT GAME?

No, due to the complexity of Dune: Awakening's server architecture, customers cannot swap their server to a different game/title in our library.

WHY ARE THERE REGULAR DAILY RESTARTS?

Dune: Awakening requires regular daily restarts in order to maintain performance and in-game events. This is a requirement from the developers and is unfortunately not adjustable.

WHERE DOES BISECTHOSTING SUPPORT DUNE SERVERS?

Due to the game's complex server architecture and hardware requirements to maintain shared MMO worlds, we currently only support a Dallas, Texas location (US/NA) for Dune: Awakening Xbox Series X|S servers.

WILL DUNE: AWAKENING XBOX SERVERS BE IN THEIR OWN BATTLEGROUPS?

Yes, PlayStation and Xbox Dune: Awakening dedicated servers are limited to separate platform-specific battlegroups, different from each other and from PC players on any platform other than the Microsoft Store. This is a limitation of the game itself, not specific to server hosting.

"If propper support is important for you."

I am only subscribing to companies which have a proper customer support, since i am really not in the mood to wait hours or even days for an answer to a support ticket. Bisect never takes more than a couple of minutes to answer a ticket. And even if it takes a little longer sometimes, it never feels like they are just ignoring you (an experience which i have had with "Hetzner" for example). So far, i could always solve all the issues i have had, thanks to their support. Servers are running fine as well and in case you are in the need for more RAM, you can just request more and they will send you an invoice. There's also game switching for most plans, so if you are fed up with one game, you can just switch to another, without having to cancel your subscription. No complains. Recommended.
