After an unexpected announcement, the date is nearly here! Minecraft Live 2024 returns this Saturday on September 28th.

What Time is Minecraft Live 2024?

Minecraft Live 2024 begins at 1PM EST. Following the end of the main showcase there will also be a developer after-show where the upcoming update is played live on stream.

Mob Vote 2024

As of 2024 the Minecraft Mob Vote was officially retired. However, Mojang stated it was done to make room for something new. What that new event entails should be revealed very soon.

After an unfortunate mistake on Mojang's end, details regarding the Minecraft Live were released a little early. All together they included the new pale garden biome, the creaking mob, and update name. Since then Mojang has officially teased the creaking on both X (formally twitter) and YouTube. They also showed off four new blocks, including petrified white and black wood, monochrome colored logs and stripped logs, and snow-white planks. Making an educated guess, they likely all belong to the pale garden biome. We also know we should not look at the creaking as per a warning in the tweet mentioned earlier. What that specifically entails has yet to be revealed, but some fans speculate it will be similar to endermen.
